We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with 4 to 5 years of experience to lead and supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance teams, ensuring smooth and reliable plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing equipment breakdowns, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on energy efficiency and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance teams to maintain uninterrupted plant operations.
- Analyze equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical, mechanical, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Manage maintenance spares, consumables, and control related operational and capital expenditures (OPEX/CAPEX).
- Identify and implement opportunities for energy efficiency, cost reduction, and equipment performance improvements.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports to management.
- Support management in maintenance planning, budgeting, and long-term reliability improvement projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within an industrial or plant environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Knowledge of maintenance budgeting and cost control.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards related to electrical and mechanical systems.
- Compensation ranges from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 120,000 per month, accompanied by an attractive benefits package.
- This position requires on-site presence at the work location.
