AM - Organizational Development & Excellence (OD & Excellence Lead)

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Manager Organizational Development (AM OD) to join its Head Office located in DHA Phase 8, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in organizational development, HR excellence, or a related field, with a strong focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic initiatives. This role demands a proactive professional capable of driving change management, performance systems, and process improvements to support the company’s growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Development (OD): Lead and execute organizational development initiatives aimed at improving overall effectiveness and workplace culture. Conduct thorough organizational assessments and propose actionable improvement strategies. Champion change management efforts across various departments to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

KPI & Performance Management: Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Manage the performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. Analyze performance data to generate insights that support informed decision-making.

SOPs & Process Excellence: Develop, review, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and compliance across departments. Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Policies & Compliance: Develop, review, and update HR and organizational policies regularly. Ensure effective communication and implementation of these policies throughout the organization. Monitor compliance and address any deviations promptly.

Succession Planning: Create and implement succession planning frameworks to identify and develop high-potential employees. Establish development plans to prepare future leaders and maintain a robust leadership pipeline.

Learning & Development (L&D): Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps. Design and deliver both technical and behavioral training programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and measure return on investment (ROI).

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost satisfaction and morale. Conduct engagement and pulse surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans based on employee feedback.

Reporting & Analytics: Prepare comprehensive dashboards and reports related to KPIs, performance, and organizational development initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to support management in strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in organizational development, HR excellence, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing corporate-wide employee engagement activities for at least 2 years.
- At least 2 years of experience managing corporate-wide training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies.
- Experience in software implementation related to HR or organizational systems.
- Strong background in creating and implementing SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in KPI management, SOP development, and performance management systems is highly preferred. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 110,000. This position requires the candidate to work onsite at the Head Office in Karachi.
