AM Technical Sales | Switchgear & Solutions | Faisalabad

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled professional to manage and drive technical sales and support activities for Switchgear, Automation, Control, and Instrumentation products within the Faisalabad industrial sector. The role involves engaging with a designated group of industries, projects, and clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, established relationships, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Pursue and follow up on technical sales opportunities, providing expert solutions based on thorough study of technical literature and client requirements.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships, perform rigorous follow-ups, and report on the outcomes of sales activities.
- Verify stock availability prior to order confirmation to ensure timely delivery.
- Discuss trade discounts and finalize deals in coordination with the supervisor.
- Prepare delivery challans and liaise with the dispatch department to guarantee prompt shipment of goods.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to resolve technical issues and provide focused sales support through in-house training, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with the marketing department to support product presentations, after-sales service, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer database, assisting the supervisor in data management.
- Submit detailed market reports and customer feedback to the supervisor as required.
- Ensure proper follow-up on aging accounts, providing weekly updates to the supervisor and commercial department.
- Confirm that outstanding payments are settled or within acceptable limits before releasing goods; escalate any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Leverage strong knowledge of the Faisalabad industrial, project, and dealer markets, utilizing established connections to maximize sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university is mandatory.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in technical or project sales, specifically related to electrical power products.
