Amazon Ads Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented Amazon Ads Manager to join our team remotely, based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns and a strong background in Meta Ads. This role requires someone who goes beyond basic campaign setup to take full ownership of advertising budgets, optimize campaign performance, drive revenue growth, and lead a growing team. You will play a key role in scaling our advertising operations and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Monitor advertising budgets and key performance indicators such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
- Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategies to improve sales and advertising efficiency.
- Lead and support at least one team member, with the expectation of expanding the team over time.
- Contribute to operational growth and assist in developing our presence on platforms like Upwork.
- Apply data-driven strategies to enhance account performance and deliver measurable client results.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a deep understanding of campaign optimization and advertising performance metrics.
- Experience managing or leading at least one team member.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and the ability to take ownership of budgets and account performance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results through strategic campaign management.
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
