Nova Ecommerce Group is seeking an experienced Amazon Catalog Specialist to join their team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at problem-solving and critical thinking to manage and optimize Amazon catalogs across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, be adept at investigating complex catalog issues, and possess the ability to build AI-assisted workflows that streamline repetitive tasks. This position operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and offers a monthly compensation range of $800 to $1,000 USD, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and healthy Amazon catalogs, including creating listings, updating product information, and managing bulk uploads across various client accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues such as broken parent-child variations, suppressed or inactive listings, incorrect attributes or categories, duplicate ASINs, merge conflicts, and flat-file upload errors.
- Conduct thorough investigations using account data, processing reports, case histories, and supporting documentation to identify root causes rather than applying repetitive fixes.
- Open, manage, and escalate Seller Support and Brand Registry cases with clear evidence and consistent follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and enhance AI-assisted workflows for catalog audits, data validation, bulk-file preparation, case documentation, and monitoring recurring issues.
- Verify the accuracy of changes by confirming outcomes in Seller Central and live listings, and document repeatable solutions in standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate effectively with account managers, advertising specialists, and content teams by communicating blockers, next steps, and resolution timelines clearly.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of direct experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including hands-on resolution of diverse catalog issues.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to explain problem diagnoses, support conclusions with evidence, and justify chosen solutions.
- Proven experience building and utilizing AI workflows that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, or save time, with the ability to demonstrate these workflows.
- Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, coupled with sound judgment to independently validate and take responsibility for outputs.
- Proficiency in handling Amazon inventory files, spreadsheets, upload processing reports, and managing bulk catalog changes.
- Excellent written English communication, strong attention to detail, and clear documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ownership and persistence in following issues through to resolution, proactively identifying risks or delays.
- Availability to work the full required schedule aligned with Pacific Time, including adjustments for U.S. daylight saving time.
