GK Hair, a leading professional haircare brand operating in over 80 countries, is seeking an experienced Amazon Compliance Officer to safeguard our Amazon accounts and maintain a strong Account Health Rating (AHR). This role focuses exclusively on compliance, requiring swift resolution of violations, brand protection, regulatory filings, and reinstatement of blocked or suppressed listings across multiple Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing several marketplaces independently while leveraging AI tools to enhance appeal drafting, case resolution, and account monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Account Health (AHR):
- Monitor daily performance notifications across all Amazon marketplaces to ensure AHR remains within Amazon’s targets.
- Address policy violations including intellectual property complaints, product authenticity issues, restricted product concerns, listing policies, and review violations.
- Prepare and submit timely, well-documented appeals related to violations and account health matters.
- Maintain valid tracking and cancellation rates in compliance with Amazon policies.
- Oversee KYC verification and account security, including management of access credentials and passwords.

Brand Registry & Brand Protection:
- Manage Brand Registry tools to identify and remove counterfeit, hijacked, or infringing listings.
- Respond promptly to IP and authenticity complaints with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Monitor the integrity of listing content and unauthorized changes to product detail pages.

Listing Reinstatement:
- Resolve issues with suppressed, removed, or unpublished listings to restore product visibility across marketplaces.
- Submit reinstatement appeals and track resolution times for each case.
- Address inventory-related problems through effective case management.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:
- Complete monthly Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) packaging registration filings.
- Manage Hazmat review appeals for restricted-category products.
- Maintain and update product compliance documentation, including safety data sheets and certificates.

Case Management & Escalation:
- Maintain daily case logs for all accounts and manage communications with Amazon Seller Support via calls and chat.
- Escalate complex issues to ensure full resolution.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Amazon Account Manager.
- Stay informed on Amazon policy updates through Seller Forums and official communications.

Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare weekly and monthly compliance and account health reports, including tracking reinstatement turnaround times.
- Collaborate with Digital Sales, Supply Chain, and IT teams to address cross-functional challenges.
- Respond promptly to compliance-related emails and notifications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies and account health management.
- Proven success in appeals and listing reinstatements.
- Experience with Brand Registry and handling IP or counterfeit complaints.
- Familiarity with EPR registration, Hazmat reviews, and restricted product compliance.
- Practical experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, or workflow automation, with concrete examples.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- High integrity, accountability, and exceptional attention to detail.
