GK Hair, a globally recognized professional haircare brand operating in over 80 countries, is seeking an experienced Amazon Compliance Officer to safeguard its Amazon accounts and maintain a strong Account Health Rating (AHR). This role focuses exclusively on compliance, requiring swift resolution of violations, brand protection, regulatory filings, and rapid reinstatement of blocked or suppressed listings across multiple Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing various marketplaces while leveraging AI tools to enhance appeal drafting, case resolution, and account monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Account Health (AHR):
Monitor daily performance notifications across all marketplaces to ensure AHR remains within Amazon’s targets. Address policy violations including intellectual property complaints, product authenticity issues, restricted products, listing policies, and review violations. Submit timely and well-documented appeals for any violations or account health concerns. Maintain valid tracking and cancellation rates in compliance with Amazon policies. Oversee KYC verification and account security, including access and password management.

Brand Registry & Brand Protection:
Manage Brand Registry tools to identify and remove counterfeit, hijacked, or infringing listings. Respond to intellectual property and authenticity complaints with appropriate supporting documentation. Continuously monitor listing content integrity and unauthorized changes to product detail pages.

Listing Reinstatement:
Resolve suppressed, removed, or unpublished listings to restore visibility across all marketplaces. Submit reinstatement appeals and track turnaround times for each case. Address inventory-related issues through effective case management.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:
Complete monthly Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) packaging registration filings. Manage Hazmat review appeals for restricted-category products. Maintain up-to-date product compliance documentation such as safety data sheets and certificates.

Case Management & Escalation:
Maintain daily case logs for all accounts. Collaborate with Amazon Seller Support via calls and chat, escalating complex issues to full resolution. Conduct regular meetings with the Amazon Account Manager. Stay informed on Amazon policy updates through Seller Forums and official communications.

Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on compliance status, account health, and reinstatement turnaround times. Coordinate with Digital Sales, Supply Chain, and IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues. Respond promptly to compliance-related emails and notifications.

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and account health management. Proven success in appeals and listing reinstatements. Experience with Brand Registry and handling intellectual property or counterfeit complaints. Familiarity with EPR registration, Hazmat reviews, and restricted product compliance. Practical experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, or workflow automation, with concrete examples. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. High integrity, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
