We are a Saudi Arabia-based HVAC and industrial products company expanding our e-commerce footprint on Amazon KSA and Noon KSA. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketplace Manager to join our Islamabad office on a full-time, onsite basis. This role requires full ownership of both Amazon KSA and Noon KSA accounts, driving growth through product research, listing management, advertising, and overall account performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, be data-driven, and capable of working independently to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Research & Hunting: Identify high-potential products tailored to the Saudi market using tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, and Jungle Scout.
- Listing Creation & Optimization: Develop SEO-optimized listings in both English and Arabic, incorporating compelling content and A+ visuals to enhance conversion.
- PPC & Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Ads campaigns on Amazon KSA and Noon, optimizing for ACOS and ROAS to maximize profitability.
- Pricing & Buy Box Strategy: Monitor competitor pricing and implement smart strategies to maintain competitiveness and win the Buy Box.
- Inventory Management: Forecast demand accurately, manage FBA and FBN stock levels, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- P&L Reporting: Track costs including COGS, ad spend, fees, and returns, providing clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Account Health: Maintain strong seller metrics and proactively resolve any policy or performance issues to ensure account compliance.
- Growth Planning: Identify new opportunities such as category launches and seasonal campaigns relevant to the KSA marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon or Noon marketplace accounts.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Lab platforms.
- Practical experience using research and analytics tools like Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Strong understanding of key marketplace metrics including ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, Best Seller Rank (BSR), and P&L management.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking full ownership of targets and deliverables.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing Amazon.sa or Noon.com/sa accounts is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Saudi consumer market, including peak seasons, buyer behavior, and KSA-specific trends.
- Ability to create or review Arabic product content.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in KSA or GCC marketplaces will be prioritized over those with only Amazon US experience.
