We're Hiring | Amazon KSA & Noon KSA Marketplace Manager
Islamabad, Pakistan | Full-Time | Onsite
We are an HVAC and industrial products company based in Saudi Arabia, actively scaling our e-commerce presence on Amazon KSA and Noon KSA. We are looking for a talented and driven Marketplace Manager to join our Islamabad office and take full ownership of both accounts.

Role Overview This is an end-to-end role. You will be responsible for everything from identifying winning products to managing listings, advertising, inventory, and profitability reporting. We need someone who can work independently, make data-driven decisions, and deliver results.──────────────────────
Key Responsibilities ◾ Product Research & Hunting - Identify high-potential products using tools like Helium 10, Keepa, and Jungle Scout tailored to the Saudi market◾ Listing Creation & Optimization - Build SEO-optimized listings in English and Arabic with strong content and A+ visuals
◾ PPC & Advertising - Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Ads on Amazon KSA and Noon; optimize for ACOS/ROAS
◾ Pricing & Buy Box Strategy - Monitor competition and implement smart pricing to stay competitive
◾ Inventory Management - Forecast demand, manage FBA/FBN stock levels, and avoid both stockouts and overstock
◾ P&L Reporting - Track COGS, ad spend, fees, and returns; deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports
◾ Account Health - Maintain strong seller metrics, resolve any policy or performance issues proactively
◾ Growth Planning - Identify new opportunities, category launches, and seasonal campaigns relevant to the KSA market

Requirements ◾ 1 To 3 years of hands-on Amazon or Noon marketplace management experience◾ Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Lab
◾ Practical experience with research and analytics tools (Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, or similar)
◾ Strong grasp of key metrics - ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, BSR, and P&L
◾ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning targets independently
◾ Good written and spoken English

Preferred (Strong Advantage) ◾ Prior experience managing Amazon.sa or Noon.com/sa accounts◾ Familiarity with the Saudi consumer market, peak seasons, buyer behavior, and KSA-specific trends
◾ Ability to create or review Arabic product content
- Note: Most applicants come with Amazon US experience. If you have hands-on KSA or GCC marketplace experience, you will be prioritized.
