Amazon KSA & Noon KSA Marketplace Manager - Islamabad-PK Office (Onsite)

We are an established HVAC and industrial products company based in Saudi Arabia, expanding our e-commerce footprint on Amazon KSA and Noon KSA. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketplace Manager to join our Islamabad office on a full-time, onsite basis. This role offers full ownership of our Amazon KSA and Noon KSA accounts, requiring a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics—from product research to running profitable advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities

- Product Research & Hunting: Identify high-potential products tailored to the Saudi market using tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, and Jungle Scout.
- Listing Creation & Optimization: Develop SEO-optimized product listings in both English and Arabic, incorporating compelling content and high-quality visuals.
- PPC & Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Ads campaigns on Amazon KSA and Noon, optimizing for key metrics like ACOS and ROAS.
- Pricing & Buy Box Strategy: Monitor competitor pricing and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Inventory Management: Forecast demand accurately, manage FBA and FBN stock levels, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- P&L Reporting: Track costs including COGS, advertising spend, fees, and returns, and provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Account Health: Maintain strong seller performance metrics and proactively resolve any policy or operational issues.
- Growth Planning: Identify new growth opportunities, category launches, and seasonal campaigns aligned with the KSA market trends.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon or Noon marketplace accounts.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Lab platforms.
- Practical knowledge of marketplace research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators including ACOS, ROAS, conversion rates, Best Seller Rank (BSR), and profit and loss management.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independently meeting targets.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience managing Amazon.sa or Noon.com/sa accounts is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Saudi consumer market, including peak seasons, buyer behavior, and local trends.
- Ability to create or review Arabic product content effectively.
- Candidates with direct experience in KSA or GCC marketplaces will be prioritized over those with only Amazon US experience.
