Amazon Lead Generation And Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Rubisto is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about lead generation and eager to leverage AI tools to enhance sales processes. If you enjoy exploring new technologies, identifying key decision-makers within companies, and crafting compelling outreach messages, this opportunity could be a great fit. You will work primarily during the evening hours (8 PM – 2 AM PKT), six days a week, based in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on Amazon brands to identify founders and key decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists to support outreach efforts via LinkedIn and email.
- Assist in creating personalized messaging and provide LinkedIn ghostwriting support.
- Manage Rubisto’s social media presence to enhance brand visibility.
- Experiment with new AI tools, automations, and lead-generation systems to optimize workflows.
- Continuously seek smarter methods to convert prospects into meaningful conversations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and initiative to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and sales tools.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.
- Ability to write authentic and engaging cold outreach messages.
- A genuine interest in how technology can accelerate the sales process.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or knowledge related to Amazon, e-commerce, or PPC is advantageous but not mandatory.
- This role is not a repetitive data-entry position; you will engage with real businesses and apply modern B2B sales techniques.
