Amazon Marketplace Executive

Softnology Systems, a forward-thinking technology and digital solutions agency based in Karachi, is expanding its e-commerce operations and seeking a skilled Amazon Marketplace Executive. This role involves managing and optimizing multiple Amazon store portfolios to drive growth and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced with Amazon Seller Central, and adept at navigating Amazon’s algorithms to maintain account health and increase sales in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and administration of Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring strict adherence to Amazon policies.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and A+ Content, to enhance SEO visibility and boost conversion rates.
- Develop, scale, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads, focusing on controlling Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate FBA shipments, and manage stock replenishment schedules to avoid stockouts.
- Analyze sales data, traffic trends, conversion rates, and competitor activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to inform strategy adjustments.
- Maintain account health by tracking performance metrics and managing customer feedback and reviews to uphold a high seller rating.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and management teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of proven experience managing Amazon Marketplace stores via Seller Central.
- Practical experience in setting up, researching, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency with Amazon research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-driven, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
