ECOM Era, a prominent leader in scaling Private Label brands on the Amazon marketplace worldwide, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Private Label Virtual Assistant & Sourcing Executive to join their team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position involves managing end-to-end seller central operations, conducting thorough product research, and handling supplier chain management. The role is critical in supporting the growth of competitive international e-commerce brands by ensuring smooth operational workflows and strategic sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Validation: Conduct detailed market research using advanced tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to identify profitable Private Label product opportunities. Focus on products with high demand and low competition to maximize growth potential.
Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation: Source reliable manufacturers and suppliers primarily through platforms such as Alibaba. Negotiate pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), payment terms, and lead times to enhance profit margins and maintain supply chain efficiency.
Sample Management: Manage the entire sample process, including prototyping, quality inspections, and laboratory testing, to ensure products meet quality standards before final production approval.
Seller Central Operations: Handle daily inventory management, shipment creation, inbound logistics monitoring, and promptly resolve any listing or shipment-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
PPC & Listing Support: Work closely with the digital marketing team to assist in keyword optimization, manage backend search terms, and monitor campaign performance metrics to improve product visibility and sales.
Supply Chain Tracking: Keep accurate records of manufacturing schedules, freight forwarding updates, customs clearance, and warehouse deliveries to ensure timely and efficient supply chain management.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts and direct supplier sourcing.
Tool Proficiency: Strong expertise in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Google Workspace applications such as Sheets and Docs.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with international suppliers, especially Chinese and local manufacturers, to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales data, profit margins, and inventory forecasts accurately.
Communication: Fluent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for managing cross-border supplier relationships.
