Majnate LLP is looking for a dedicated Amazon KDP & PPC Specialist to join our team full-time at our office located in Giga Mall, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. This role involves managing the entire Amazon KDP lifecycle, including book development coordination, keyword and category research, competitor analysis, listing optimization, launch strategies, A+ Content coordination, and Amazon Ads management. The successful candidate will be responsible for running advertising campaigns for Kindle, paperback, and hardcover books, analyzing performance data, and collaborating closely with content creators, designers, and formatters to ensure successful project delivery. Salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on verified experience and practical skills.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and manage Amazon Ads campaigns for various book formats including Kindle, paperback, and hardcover.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword, competitor, and category research to inform campaign strategies.
- Develop and optimize automatic, manual keyword, and product-targeting campaigns.
- Monitor search terms, bids, placements, budgets, and implement negative targeting to maximize ROI.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, sales, ACOS, and ROAS.
- Continuously improve campaign structure to reduce irrelevant advertising spend and enhance effectiveness.
- Support book listing optimization, backend keyword strategy, and launch planning efforts.
- Track book rankings, advertising performance, and emerging campaign trends.
- Prepare clear, concise weekly reports with actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, formatters, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of KDP projects.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon advertising and KDP policies, maintaining strict client confidentiality.
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Proven ability to set up and optimize live Amazon advertising campaigns effectively.
- Strong expertise in keyword research, search-term analysis, negative targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and provide practical, data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at Majnate LLP’s Islamabad office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, accounts, and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred qualifications and benefits
- Direct experience with Amazon KDP or Amazon Ads specifically for books is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with a range of book genres including fiction, nonfiction, self-help, children’s books, journals, coloring books, activity books, or low-content books.
- Experience using tools such as Publisher Rocket, Helium 10, KD Spy, Book Bolt, or similar software for keyword research and market analysis.
- Knowledge of book listing optimization, category selection, and launch strategy development.
- Experience managing agency or international client accounts.
- Understanding of bestseller rankings, A+ Content creation, and KDP reporting metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a screening form and a practical Amazon PPC assessment. They may also be asked to discuss previous campaign decisions and provide anonymized examples of their work. Candidates with strong Amazon Seller Central PPC experience but limited KDP exposure are encouraged to apply; however, preference will be given to those with direct Amazon KDP advertising experience.
