Amazon Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Specialist to join our team full-time at our Johar Town, Lahore location. This role is focused on managing and expanding our textile brand’s presence on Amazon and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, with strong expertise in PPC campaigns, organic growth strategies, and Vendor Central operations. The position requires working onsite from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to 200,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS) and increase sales.
- Develop and implement organic growth strategies, including listing optimization, keyword research, and content enhancement.
- Oversee Amazon Vendor Central and B2B accounts to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Monitor account health, track performance metrics, and maintain adherence to marketplace policies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving marketplace performance.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to coordinate product listings and new launches.
- Provide support or manage additional marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, and Etsy as needed.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience as an Amazon Specialist or Marketplace Manager.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns and executing organic optimization techniques.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and B2B account management.
- Strong understanding of marketplace analytics, reporting tools, and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work onsite and efficiently handle multiple marketplace responsibilities simultaneously.
