Key Responsibilities
The Amazon Wholesale Coach will be based on-site in Lahore and will play a critical role in mentoring and guiding team members and trainees across all facets of Amazon wholesale operations. This includes product sourcing, account management, listing optimization, and compliance with Amazon policies. Daily responsibilities involve conducting training sessions, developing and updating learning materials, and reviewing store performance metrics. The coach will assist the team in implementing best practices related to pricing strategies, inventory control, and catalog management.

Additionally, the role requires providing one-on-one support to troubleshoot operational challenges and collaborating closely with leadership to refine processes and training programs. Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA and wholesale business models, including expertise in product sourcing, brand approval processes, and account health management.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central tools, including listing creation, inventory management, pricing strategies, and performance dashboard analysis.
- Ability to design and deliver structured training programs such as workshops, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and step-by-step guides tailored to varying experience levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and practically.
