Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a qualified Ambulance Driver / First Responder to join their client’s team in Karachi. This role involves working 12-hour shifts, providing critical support in emergency situations by safely transporting patients and delivering basic first aid. The ideal candidate will have experience driving ambulances and possess fundamental knowledge of emergency response procedures. This position requires a responsible and alert individual who can perform effectively under pressure while assisting medical personnel during urgent cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the ambulance in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide basic first aid and emergency assistance as needed during patient transport.
- Ensure the safe and timely transportation of patients to medical facilities during serious emergencies.
- Support medical and emergency staff by assisting with patient care and emergency response tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- A valid driving license with proven ambulance driving experience.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to assist patients during emergencies and administer basic first aid.
- Capability to safely transport patients to hospitals in critical situations.
- Demonstrated responsibility, alertness, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Certification in EMT, BLS, CPR, or First Aid is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with hospitals, ambulance services, industrial medical facilities, or emergency response teams will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates who have both ambulance driving and first aid/EMT experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
