We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Business Assurance team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our digital products, including A2P messaging, IoT, and Cloud solutions, while actively preventing revenue leakages. You will work closely with data to detect anomalies and risks, contributing to the development of AI-driven models that proactively address potential challenges. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about problem-solving and data analysis who want to grow their careers in the fast-evolving digital and telecom sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor revenue streams from products such as A2P, IoT, and Cloud solutions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or risks related to billing, usage, or data flows.
- Utilize tools including Python, SQL, and Excel to analyze data and maintain data accuracy.
- Assist in designing and refining AI models focused on anomaly detection.
- Prepare detailed reports and share insights to support informed decision-making across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Technical, and Commercial departments to ensure alignment and process efficiency.
- Recommend and support process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Telecom, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of telecom and digital products is advantageous.
- Proficiency or familiarity with Python, SQL, Excel, or similar data analysis tools.
