Based in Hyderabad, this role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic advisory risk services team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide clear and reliable insights into their risk landscape. This position involves executing client engagements focused on governance, risk and compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, enterprise risk management, and revenue assurance. By delivering high-quality solutions aligned with regulatory and contractual requirements, the role contributes to building strong client confidence and trust.

Key Responsibilities
Execute client engagements ensuring quality delivery that meets client requirements. Review working papers and client documentation, recommending improvements to enhance engagement productivity and overall client service. Analyze business and industry trends to identify process improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations. Utilize data analytics tools such as Access and ACL to support engagement objectives. Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality and risk management procedures. Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards issued by professional bodies like IIA and ICAI. Apply solution-oriented problem-solving techniques to address client challenges effectively. Manage engagement budgets and assist in developing marketing materials, business proposals, and new methodologies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including process owners and functional heads. Mentor junior team members, including interns and analysts, fostering their professional growth. Contribute to knowledge management initiatives within the practice to share best practices and insights. Identify and escalate engagement-related risks appropriately to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with team members and clients to develop engagement plans that comply with professional standards. Brief teams on client internal audit environments and relevant industry trends. Maintain client relationships to manage expectations regarding deliverables and timelines. Perform internal control testing, develop internal audit plans, and provide outsourced internal audit services as needed. Assess internal controls and SOX frameworks to mitigate risks effectively. Leverage extensive knowledge of client industries to evaluate the impact of technology on risk and control environments. Demonstrate strong project management skills, foster teamwork, and utilize current technologies to enhance service delivery. Understand the firm’s service lines and proactively identify opportunities to expand client service offerings.

Required Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or a Master’s degree in Business Administration. 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time outside the assigned office location, including regional commuting where public transport may be limited. Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary. Valid passport for travel.
