Analyst, Commercial

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Analyst, Commercial to join our team in Pakistan. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a direct impact on the growth of our commercial business. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor who is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize analytical tools to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to drive nationwide commercial business growth.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to enhance visibility and transparency for commercial stakeholders, unlocking new growth opportunities.
- Monitor and track performance KPIs against daily, weekly, and monthly targets to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and presentations to support monthly target setting and achieve consistent month-over-month growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities, recommending effective solutions for complex problems.
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans from concept through launch and growth phases.
- Support the development and execution of a robust portfolio strategy to align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related fields.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and execution.
- Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and systems such as SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets, with a preference for strong SQL skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities combined with solid business acumen to develop compelling business cases.
- Commercially focused and consumer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable ideas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within the technology industry is considered an advantage.
