We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Analyst, Commercial to join our team in Pakistan. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize analytical tools to generate insights and recommendations that support the expansion of the commercial business nationwide.
- Perform detailed data analysis to provide transparency and visibility to commercial stakeholders, helping to uncover growth opportunities.
- Monitor and track performance KPIs against daily, weekly, and monthly targets to ensure business objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and presentations to establish monthly targets and drive month-over-month business growth.
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation to enhance solutions and strengthen the overall customer experience.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities, offering well-informed recommendations across complex issues.
- Manage comprehensive project plans from concept through launch and growth phases.
- Support the development and execution of a robust portfolio strategy aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related fields.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and execution.
- Proficiency with relevant analytical tools and systems such as SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets; strong SQL skills are preferred.
- Excellent analytical abilities combined with sound business acumen to develop compelling business cases.
- Commercially focused and consumer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable ideas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience working within the technology industry is considered an advantage.
