The Analyzer Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pakistan, responsible for managing the selection, installation, calibration, and maintenance of process analyzers and related instrumentation within industrial settings. This role requires collaboration with operations and maintenance teams to ensure accurate measurement data, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and commission gas sampling systems, including gas analyzers, natural gas chromatographs (NGCs), and process gas chromatographs (PGCs).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee precise and reliable gas measurement and analysis.
- Perform routine diagnostics, troubleshoot, and maintain gas chromatographs and associated equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for analyzers and chromatographs.
- Conduct periodic calibration and validation of analytical instruments to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide technical support during system installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports related to analyzer performance and maintenance.
- Train junior technicians and engineers on gas analyzer systems and industry best practices.
- Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards in all operational tasks.
- Contribute to project planning, optimization of analyzer performance, and offer technical guidance to colleagues and clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to company objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with gas analyzers and chromatographs.
- Strong knowledge of gas analyzers, gas chromatographs, and analytical system integration including shelters and sample conditioning systems.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, IEC, and API.
- Proficient in handling various analyzers including GC’s, TDL, NIR, CEMS, and instruments measuring physical properties like RVP, specific gravity, density, cloud point, flash point, boiling point, UV/IR, BTU, moisture, total sulfur, water quality (TOC, pH, conductivity, DO).
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD for technical documentation and system design.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive change and foster innovation within engineering practices.
