Android Developer (Kotlin)

We are seeking a proficient Android Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications using Kotlin. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in integrating Google Ads, utilizing Firebase services, and implementing mobile app monetization strategies to enhance user engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Android applications primarily using Kotlin.
- Integrate and manage Google Mobile Ads SDK, including AdMob banner, interstitial, rewarded, and native ads.
- Implement various Firebase services such as Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and Remote Config to monitor app health and user behavior.
- Continuously monitor and improve app performance, stability, and overall user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and other technical issues across diverse Android devices.
- Work with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and external services to enhance app functionality.
- Implement app analytics to track user engagement and ad performance effectively.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Adhere to Android development best practices and comply with Google Play Store guidelines.
- Maintain and update existing applications based on performance data and evolving business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Android development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK.
- Hands-on experience with AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK integration.
- Practical knowledge of Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle build system, Git, and version control workflows.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON data formats, and third-party libraries.
- Solid understanding of the Android app lifecycle, memory management, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience in publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
