Anesthesia technician (Male)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Anaesthesia Technician to join our Operation Theatre team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting anaesthetists during surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining anaesthesia equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available and functioning properly. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols while working efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain anaesthesia machines, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for surgical procedures.
- Assist the anaesthetist during surgeries by providing timely support and handling necessary equipment.
- Prepare anaesthesia drugs and airway management tools as required for different cases.
- Ensure all operation theatre equipment is available, properly maintained, and functioning correctly.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital protocols rigorously to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
- Maintain stock levels of anaesthesia-related supplies and assist during emergency procedures when needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certification in Anaesthesia Technology or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of anaesthesia equipment and operation theatre procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working in an operation theatre or hospital setting is preferred.

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring commitment to high standards of patient care and teamwork within the surgical environment.
