Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery (MWD), established in 1989, is a premier provider of white-glove furniture delivery services across the USA. Operating in 44 cities with a team of over 1,200 professionals, MWD specializes in eCommerce furniture delivery, warehousing, and comprehensive white-glove solutions. We are seeking an Angular Developer to lead new development projects by creating scalable front-end interfaces and robust backend services. This role involves working with modern web technologies including Angular 16+, .NET 8 Web APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server to build efficient, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using Angular 16+
- Integrate RESTful Web APIs built on .NET 8 / .NET Core into front-end applications
- Implement Client-Side Rendering (CSR) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) with Angular SSR to improve performance and SEO
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver clean, user-friendly web interfaces
- Optimize front-end performance, debug issues, and resolve application bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain backend microservices and REST APIs using .NET 8
- Design, manage, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including writing stored procedures and views
- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following best software engineering practices
- Work closely with QA engineers to support testing strategies and ensure high-quality software delivery
- Implement and enforce modern web application security best practices
- Utilize Git for version control, code management, and team collaboration
- Conduct code reviews and evaluate GitHub pull requests, providing constructive feedback
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in full-stack web application development using Angular 16+ and .NET 8
- Strong experience designing and querying Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs
- Proficiency in using Git for source control and team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing Client-Side Rendering (CSR) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Hands-on experience optimizing legacy database structures or resolving application performance bottlenecks
Job Specifications

- Location: Civic Center, Phase IV, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi (Onsite)
