Animator

We are seeking a talented Animator to join our creative team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation and visual storytelling, with the ability to transform scripts and storyboards into engaging, visually compelling animated content. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for composition, color, style, and narrative, who can collaborate effectively with instructional designers, content writers, and visual designers to produce polished educational and digital learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 2D animations, character animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos that align with project goals.
- Create original illustrations, characters, icons, infographics, and diagrams based on concepts or briefs.
- Translate scripts and storyboards into clear and captivating animated content suitable for educational and training purposes.
- Utilize animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to produce high-quality visuals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including instructional designers and content writers to ensure cohesive and effective learning materials.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress effectively throughout the production process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in animation, motion graphics, or visual storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D animation, character animation, motion graphics, or explainer-style videos.
- Excellent illustration and visual design skills, with the ability to create original visual assets from concept to final product.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation and design software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Creative mindset with a solid understanding of visual aesthetics, composition, color theory, style, hierarchy, and storytelling principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
