Animator + Video Editor

WREDD is seeking a talented Animator and Video Editor to join our in-house production team based in Rawalpindi. We specialize in creating explainer videos, SaaS explainers, AI-driven storytelling content, and YouTube videos for a diverse range of international clients. This is a full-time, 100% onsite role with no remote, hybrid, freelance, or project-based options available. Candidates interested in flexible working arrangements should not apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce 2D explainer and SaaS explainer videos that clearly communicate complex ideas.
- Develop AI-driven storytelling videos that engage and captivate audiences.
- Create YouTube content, including both long-form videos and shorts.
- Handle video editing, motion graphics, and integrate AI-assisted production techniques to enhance output quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential for daily tasks.
- Hands-on experience with AI generation tools covering image, video, and voice production is mandatory.
- Ability to efficiently manage and conserve tokens or credits on AI platforms, ensuring budget-friendly usage without compromising quality.
- Strong technical prompt writing skills to generate usable AI outputs with minimal iterations.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, to accurately interpret scripts, briefs, and client feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet monthly targets and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
