Key Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing, supply chain, sales forecasting, and customer analytics.
- Analyze business processes and operational data to define relevant AI use cases that enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and commercial departments to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business goals.
- Evaluate AI tools and platforms, coordinating with technical teams and external vendors for successful deployment.
- Monitor and assess the performance of AI projects, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Support change management efforts to facilitate adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
- Ensure AI strategies comply with industry standards and meet global customer expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in business strategy development and strategic planning, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong data analysis and quantitative problem-solving abilities to identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities.
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, along with familiarity with AI tools or platforms relevant to manufacturing or textiles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in project management, including scoping initiatives, setting timelines, managing resources, and tracking KPIs and ROI for AI projects.
- Competence in process mapping and business process optimization, working closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
