App Growth Manager (ASO | User Acquisition | Monetization)

FunPrime Technology is seeking a highly experienced Senior App Growth Marketer to lead the expansion of its mobile applications globally. This full-time role, based in Islamabad (I-11), requires 10 to 12 years of expertise in mobile app marketing, user acquisition, App Store Optimization (ASO), performance marketing, and in-app monetization. The successful candidate will drive data-driven marketing campaigns, manage high-budget advertising efforts, and leverage deep product-market insights to scale apps effectively across Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile App Growth & User Acquisition:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for mobile apps on Android and iOS. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (App Campaigns/UAC), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Apple Search Ads. Focus on improving key metrics such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV). Enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns.

App Store Optimization (ASO):
Create and execute ASO strategies for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and conversion rates. Aim to increase organic installs and improve app store rankings.

In-App Monetization:
Design and refine monetization strategies for mobile applications. Collaborate with ad networks and mediation platforms including AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and IronSource. Focus on improving revenue-related metrics such as eCPM, ARPU, ARPDAU, and fill rate. Support subscription and in-app purchase strategies and conduct A/B testing to maximize revenue performance.

App Research & Market Analysis:
Analyze mobile app trends and competitor offerings to identify profitable categories and growth opportunities. Study user behavior and monetization models to provide actionable insights. Work closely with product, design, and development teams to support new app ideas and feature enhancements.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention rates using analytics tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Mixpanel. Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- 10 to 12 years of experience in mobile app marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling mobile applications through high-budget campaigns.
- Strong expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO), user acquisition via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile app monetization strategies and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in app analytics and managing large advertising budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Comprehensive understanding of mobile app ecosystems on both Android and iOS platforms.
