We are seeking a motivated ASO Specialist to join our team as a Growth Intern, focused on enhancing the organic visibility and download rates of our mobile applications. This remote, performance-based opportunity starts as an unpaid internship with the potential to transition into a paid role based on your ability to deliver consistent organic growth. You will have the flexibility to work Monday through Friday with adaptable hours, managing your tasks independently while contributing directly to the success of our app portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store listings.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify low-competition, high-intent search terms.
- Optimize app metadata including titles, short and long descriptions, and keyword fields to improve discoverability.
- Develop and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies focused on app icons, screenshots, and feature graphics to enhance user engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic keyword rankings, impressions, and store conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of ASO initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ASO fundamentals and experience with store management consoles such as Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
- Proficiency with keyword research tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, or equivalent free alternatives.
- Data-driven approach with a passion for driving organic growth through strategic optimization.
- Excellent written English skills for crafting compelling and clear metadata content.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing priorities effectively.
