Secure Vision is seeking a motivated and organized Application Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing quotations and proposals, maintaining client communication, and coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure smooth progression of opportunities from proposal to closure. This role requires strong follow-up skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and proposals until a final decision is reached.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a detailed tracker for all pending quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries related to pricing, scope, specifications, and project details.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales and Technical teams to advance opportunities and support business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales documentation.
- Keep accurate records using CRM or internal tracking systems to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all pending opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day pre-sales and sales coordination activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Coordination, or Client Follow-up roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on follow-up and detail management.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset to drive results independently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in Fire & Security, ELV, IT, Data Center, or related technical industries is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in presales is desirable.
- The position is based in Karachi and requires in-person attendance.
- Monthly salary range is Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
