Appointment Scheduler

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter for an onsite role based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have prior experience either in appointment setting or sales. This position involves working during US market hours, specifically from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday. The role offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective clients efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to engage potential customers and generate interest in the company’s offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Adhere to US market timings and manage workload effectively during assigned hours.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Lahore and adapt to US market working hours (6 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
