Appointment Setter Executive

Tech BPO (Private) Limited is looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients over the phone, generating leads, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work effectively during night shift hours onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and leads.
- Qualify potential prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments using CRM systems where applicable.
- Follow up with leads to nurture potential business opportunities.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets to support sales objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work onsite during night shift hours.
