The Appointment Setter role for the Medical Billing USA campaign is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to healthcare providers and decision-makers to introduce Keystone Medics’ billing and RCM services and to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. The individual will manage appointment calendars, update CRM systems with detailed call and lead information, and follow up on warm leads to optimize conversion rates. Daily tasks also include professionally handling inquiries, maintaining high communication standards, and collaborating closely with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment with campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers and decision-makers to promote Keystone Medics’ medical billing and RCM services.
- Set and manage qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with precise call logs, lead details, and appointment information.
- Follow up on warm leads to nurture prospects and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally, providing clear and courteous communication.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in appointment setting, telesales, or call center roles, preferably within medical billing or healthcare services.

- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English and active listening, tailored to USA-based clients.
