Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team at our Gulberg, Lahore office. This is an onsite position with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The role offers a basic commission-based salary structure, making it an excellent opportunity for O and A Level students as well as freshers who are eager to develop their communication skills and gain professional experience. Confidence, good English communication, and a strong willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments set.
- Communicate effectively to convey the value proposition and engage prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments.
- Continuously improve communication techniques based on feedback and training.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new contacts and handling objections.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for managing call logs and appointment schedules.
- O Level or A Level students and freshers are encouraged to apply.
