Appointment Setter

We are seeking a confident and energetic female Appointment Setter to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. This full-time, onsite role is based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating interest in our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach are essential to engage professionally with prospects and contribute to the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to introduce the agency’s digital marketing services.
- Identify and connect with business owners, decision-makers, and qualified leads.
- Generate interest and qualify prospects based on their business needs and requirements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team to follow up on.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and scheduled appointments using the company’s CRM or tracking system.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets to support sales objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates with strong verbal communication skills and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Confident and persuasive with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Skilled in handling objections professionally while maintaining a positive and target-oriented attitude.
- Proactive and motivated to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of PKR 50,000 along with a 5% commission on performance, offering additional earning potential.
