Appointment Setter

Idea Digital Advertising is seeking a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter based in Lahore. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing clients to introduce the company’s digital marketing and BPO services and secure qualified appointments for the sales and account management teams. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth by managing outreach efforts, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
- Introduce Idea Digital Advertising’s services, including SEO, performance marketing, Google and Meta ads, creative ad development, content strategy, social media, influencer marketing, and BPO solutions.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, maintaining an organized calendar to support sales and account management teams.
- Update CRM systems with accurate lead information, call outcomes, and follow-up actions to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and business objectives.
- Follow up on leads to nurture prospects and facilitate smooth handoffs for consultations or sales meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally during each interaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment setting and scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and client meetings effectively.
- Strong lead generation skills, including the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients through persistent calls and follow-ups.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English and professional phone etiquette, to engage clients confidently.
- Customer service experience to handle inquiries and maintain a positive client experience throughout the appointment setting process.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software to track leads and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore and perform well in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Previous experience in telesales, call center operations, or client outreach is highly advantageous.
