Appointment Setter

Figout is looking for a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our on-site team. As a white-label design partner, we collaborate with agencies by delivering graphic design, brand identity, web design, product UI/UX, CRO design, and CMS development services under their branding. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by booking qualified meetings with owners and decision-makers at web, development, marketing, design, CRO, and full-service agencies. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our partnerships and overall business.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify target agencies and key decision-makers within those organizations.
- Engage prospects through multiple outreach channels, including cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and direct messaging.
- Personalize communication to address the unique needs and challenges of each agency.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to effectively qualify leads and nurture relationships.
- Book and confirm a minimum of 10 qualified appointments each week to maintain a steady pipeline.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, responses, and scheduled meetings for tracking and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of success.
- Ability to reliably book at least 10 qualified meetings per week.
- Proficiency in managing cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professional B2B audiences.
- Experience targeting decision-makers within web, marketing, design, and related industries.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at our office location, meeting performance targets consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs104,633.53, along with an attractive performance-based commission structure.
