Careception is seeking confident, motivated, and professional Appointment Setters to join our expanding team based in Rawalpindi. The position is on-site at our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, and requires working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers professionally, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients through confident and clear communication.
- Schedule appointments accurately and ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversion.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments to support team objectives.
- Adapt to night shift work hours and maintain consistent performance during these times.

Required Qualifications
