We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter & Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team supporting a US-based client. In this role, you will engage with senior US executives, including C-suite and VP-level contacts, using warm leads provided by the client. Your primary responsibility will be to book meetings, manage scheduling, and ensure timely follow-ups. As the client’s first point of contact, professionalism, accuracy, and reliability are essential. This is a full-time position based in Gulberg III, Lahore, operating during US Eastern business hours (approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to senior US executives from client-provided warm lists to secure appointments.
- Schedule meetings considering location and time zones, send confirmations and reminders, and manage any necessary rescheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment sheets and contact data.
- Follow up consistently via phone and email until meetings are confirmed or leads are closed.
- Manage the dedicated client phone line and email inbox professionally.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the client, responding promptly and escalating issues when required.
- Provide regular updates on calls made, meetings booked, and pending follow-ups, either daily or weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent and a professional tone.
- Confidence in communicating with senior executives.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in appointment setting, business development, or sales development roles, preferably within a US process environment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with names, dates, time zones, and contact information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work a fixed US night shift schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for the entire shift.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Benefits

- Familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly.
- Experience using dialer or VoIP tools.
