Appointment Setters / Lead Generators

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team, focusing on the healthcare sector. The role involves making outbound calls to US-based doctors, clinics, and healthcare practices to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work US business hours. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, and medical practices based in the United States.
- Generate qualified leads by identifying key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Book appointments with prospective clients to introduce Orbitek’s healthcare BPO and medical billing/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set, ensuring productivity and goal alignment.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, cold calling, or working on US-based campaigns.
- Confident and professional demeanor with a target-oriented approach.
- Strong objection-handling skills to effectively address concerns and maintain engagement.
- Willingness and availability to work during US business hours.
