Approval Manager (Medical Approvals & Utilization Management)

Crescent Care (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading healthcare organization based in Karachi, is seeking a dedicated Approval Manager specializing in Medical Approvals and Utilization Management. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with a medical background to contribute to the efficient processing of medical authorizations and support clinical operations. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with minimal office experience, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess medical authorizations to ensure accuracy and compliance with clinical guidelines.
- Evaluate clinical documentation thoroughly to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate effectively with hospitals and insurance partners to facilitate smooth communication and approvals.
- Manage turnaround times (TAT) to maintain efficiency and meet organizational standards.

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS, BDS, Pharm D, or a related medical degree.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of office experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret clinical information accurately.
