Apps Growth Manager

HyperSoft Tech is a forward-thinking company fueled by innovation and teamwork. We are seeking an experienced Apps Growth Manager to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving impactful campaigns, optimizing app performance, and contributing to overall growth. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, offering a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage app growth strategies focusing on user acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
- Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance.
- Analyze app performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators including Lifetime Value (LTV) and revenue trends.
- Enhance app monetization through platforms like AdMob, Meta, and in-app purchase strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure all growth and marketing activities are guided by data-driven decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in app growth, performance marketing, or app monetization.
- Strong proficiency in mobile app analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving growth targets.

Work Location:
This role requires working on-site at our office located on the 3rd Floor, B3 Heights, Bahria Business District, Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab.
