We are seeking a skilled AppSheet / No-Code Application Developer to support the development, enhancement, and deployment of field survey applications using Google AppSheet and related no-code/low-code platforms. This role focuses on improving existing applications by addressing business and operational gaps, with an emphasis on dynamic forms, offline functionality, data synchronization, asset management workflows, and overall user experience for field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications leveraging Google AppSheet and Google Workspace technologies.
- Translate business and field survey requirements into effective no-code/low-code solutions.
- Build and configure dynamic forms, including conditional fields, validation rules, and user workflows.
- Design and implement offline data capture and synchronization features to support field users.
- Develop logic for asset creation, updates, and associations within the application.
- Configure application views, actions, workflows, automation, and user permissions to optimize usability.
- Integrate AppSheet applications with Google Sheets, Google Drive, databases, and other relevant data sources.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance, usability, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and field teams to identify gaps and translate them into application enhancements.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features prior to production deployment.
- Document application configurations, workflows, business rules, and key dependencies.
- Support production deployment and resolve post-deployment issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in AppSheet, no-code/low-code development, or similar application development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google AppSheet platform.
- Strong understanding of forms, workflows, automation, expressions, actions, and data structures within no-code tools.
- Experience working with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Workspace applications.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations is advantageous.
- Experience designing applications tailored for mobile or field users is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional application solutions.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
