We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive with expertise in US Medical Billing to join our team based in Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore. This role focuses on managing AR follow-up specifically for medical claims related to Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases. The position requires working night shifts from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT). We offer a competitive salary range of PKR 65,000 to 80,000. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage accounts receivable follow-up for US medical billing claims.
- Review and resolve denied or unpaid claims by coordinating with insurance companies.
- Contact insurance payers to verify claim status and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on outstanding balances to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications and claim resolutions within the billing system.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets aligned with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in US Medical Billing or accounts receivable follow-up within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT), Monday through Friday.

- Permanent residency in Lahore is mandatory.
