AR Executive

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AR Executive to efficiently manage insurance accounts, resolve outstanding claims, and support the company’s collection objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and unpaid balances.
- Investigate claim denials, rejections, and underpayments to identify resolution paths.
- Contact insurance payers to resolve claim-related issues and facilitate timely payments.
- Analyze and manage accounts receivable aging reports to monitor outstanding balances.
- Identify opportunities to resolve claims and reduce overall accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of follow-ups and claim statuses.
- Coordinate with the billing team to address discrepancies and enhance collection processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in US medical billing, preferably focused on accounts receivable.
- Solid understanding of insurance follow-ups, claim denials, and AR aging processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with insurance payers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets and deadlines.
