We are currently seeking an experienced AR Specialist with a solid understanding of U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our expanding team and contribute to efficient accounts receivable management, claim resolution, and revenue recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage denial processes and resolve claim issues to optimize revenue recovery.
- Oversee accounts receivable aging and outstanding claims to ensure timely follow-up.
- Conduct payment and reimbursement follow-ups with healthcare payers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication related to AR activities.
- Utilize ModMed software for billing and claims processing (experience with ModMed is an advantage).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare partners to streamline revenue cycle operations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. medical billing and accounts receivable management.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. medical billing practices and revenue cycle management processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in documentation.
- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work efficiently within U.S. time zones to align with client needs.
