Arabic Sales Speaker

Creatif Soft is seeking a motivated Arabic Sales Speaker to join our Ebooks Department at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. This on-site role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators in both Arabic and English and have an interest in sales or customer interaction. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have prior experience in sales or customer service, we welcome your application. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers effectively in Arabic and English to promote and sell eBooks.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Ebooks Department team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Demonstrate professionalism and maintain punctuality and attendance standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Fresh candidates with excellent language abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, or as Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representatives looking to transition into sales roles.
