Architect / 3D Signage Designer

AshreiTech is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect / 3D Signage Designer to join its Outsourcing Unit based in Karachi, Pakistan. This is an on-site position at NASTP, operating during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, 3D signage designs, and photorealistic visualizations for commercial spaces, corporate environments, and branding projects. This role requires a strong combination of architectural design knowledge and advanced 3D modeling, rendering, and technical drawing skills, along with a thorough understanding of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals that align with client objectives, project goals, and brand guidelines.
- Plan and create layouts for commercial spaces, offices, retail environments, and signage installations.
- Design and model dimensional lettering, illuminated signs, logos, wayfinding systems, and branded displays in 3D.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders and mockups that accurately depict materials, finishes, lighting, dimensions, and signage placement.
- Prepare professional design presentations and visual proposals for client review and approval.
- Create detailed technical drawings, including elevations, dimensions, and specifications, to guide signage fabrication and installation.
- Generate precise design files and documentation to support fabrication and production teams.
- Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, lighting solutions, and construction methods based on design intent and project feasibility.
- Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical for manufacturing, assembly, transportation, and installation.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and meet production requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of design outputs and production drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved concepts and specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, 3D signage design, environmental graphics, or a similar discipline.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated experience in 3D signage modeling, photorealistic rendering, technical drawing production, and client presentations.
- Strong knowledge of signage materials, dimensional lettering, illuminated signage, fabrication techniques, and installation processes.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into technically accurate, production-ready designs.
- Excellent attention to detail, visual communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and consistently meet project deadlines.
