Architect / 3D Signage Designer

AshreiTech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect / 3D Signage Designer to join its Outsourcing Unit in Karachi, Pakistan. This on-site position at NASTP requires working the evening shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design and 3D signage, combining creative vision with technical expertise. The role involves developing architectural concepts, designing dimensional signage, and producing photorealistic visualizations for commercial spaces, corporate environments, and branding projects. A strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation requirements is essential to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Concept Development: Create architectural concepts and design proposals aligned with client needs, project goals, and brand guidelines.
- Space Planning: Develop layouts for commercial offices, retail spaces, and signage installations.
- 3D Signage Design: Design and model dimensional lettering, illuminated signs, logos, wayfinding systems, and branded displays.
- 3D Visualization & Rendering: Produce realistic renders and mockups that accurately represent materials, finishes, lighting, and signage placement.
- Client Presentations: Prepare professional design presentations and visual proposals for client review and approval.
- Technical Drawings: Develop detailed drawings, elevations, dimensions, and specifications for signage fabrication and installation.
- Production Documentation: Prepare precise design files and technical documentation to guide fabrication and production teams.
- Material & Finish Selection: Recommend suitable materials, finishes, lighting solutions, and construction methods based on design requirements and feasibility.
- Fabrication Coordination: Ensure designs are manufacturable and practical for assembly, transportation, and installation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fabrication teams, engineers, and vendors to address technical challenges and production needs.
- Quality Assurance: Review design outputs and production drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved concepts and project specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, 3D signage design, environmental graphics, or a similar discipline.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
- Proven experience in 3D signage modeling, photorealistic rendering, technical drawing, and client presentations.
- Strong knowledge of signage materials, dimensional lettering, illuminated signage, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into technically accurate and production-ready designs.
- Excellent attention to detail, visual communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.
